Order Fulfillment

All items are made to order in New York, and  will ship within 2-3 weeks. Please note that some items may take up to 4 weeks to ship.

No order goes into production without full advance payment by customer. Please allow 4 weeks for your order to be completed prior to shipment. For rush service of less than 4 weeks, please fill in subject line bellow: "rushed order", and we will do our best to accommodate.

Shipping

A shipping, handling and insurance cost of $10 is added to all domestic shipments. All US orders are shipped and insured via Fedex .

International Orders

A shipping, handling and insurance cost of $30 is added to all international orders. International orders will all ship FedEx International Ground with the customer responsible for incurring any customs/duties fees. This cost is determined by each country’s customs.

If you are shipping to a destination outside the United States, you are responsible for assuring the item can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Returns

Our sales are final, as all our pieces are made to order. Customers have 48 hours from receiving their order to report missing or damaged items. All shipping charges are non-refundable. For return request please fill in subject line bellow: "return".

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order you must email us at info@rutareifen.com within 24 hours of when you placed your order. All pieces are made to order, once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within the state of New York. The rate is approximately 9%, depending on your county. If you are outside the state of New York you will not be charged tax.

Repair Policy

We will repair any jewelry purchased through www.selinkent.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.

Please fill in subject line bellow: "repair", if you would like request a repair for an item purchased on our web shop. Repair on jewelry may be subject to a charge depending on the nature of the damage.
